Building for iOS Missing arm64 architecture

Trying to build a new version of an iOS app that integrates Unity, we have updated from Unity 5.3.1 to 5.3.5 but I'm currently having some XCode compilation issues with Unity functions in the Lib. If anyone has any idea's would be greatly appreciated.
