IL2CPP Build error Unity 5.3.1p4

I've been running into this error during IOS building. IL2CPP Universal Architecture Stripping Enabled Exception: /Applications/Unity/Unity.app/Contents/Frameworks/il2cpp/build/il2cpp.exe did not run properly!
